BERRVEDDA will always retain 100% ownership with the creator of BERRVEDDA. The brand, vision, and direction remain fully under the founder's control — now and forever.
A Dropshipping Business
BERRVEDDA operates as a dropshipping business. In the near future, if you have advertising skills or want to create a dropshipping site of your own that does not contain BERRVEDDA's name, you can partner with us to sell our products under your own brand.
Tiered Price Deductions
In the near future, BERRVEDDA will have different levels of price deductions at every different level established at the required main levels, until further notice. The more you sell, the cheaper you get the prices from us — your cost drops as your volume grows.
Open Your Own Store
Eventually, if you wish to open a store with your own name on it, BERRVEDDA will have criteria on the amount of minimum order and a required number of items — for example, 10 of each item in every size as the minimum order.
Selling Rate & Delivery Time
The minimum order quantity may be set as the average calculated rate based on the time of selling, incorporated with the time it takes for items to deliver — so your restock cadence matches real demand and shipping reality.
Bulk Ordering Discounts
Eventually, if you wish, you can get bulk ordering discounts. Larger orders unlock deeper per-unit pricing, rewarding partners who commit to higher volumes.
Percentage Margin Pricing
The price you are charged will be criteria-based on a percentage margin — a set percentage applied to determine your cost, keeping the structure transparent and predictable.
Future Effective Date
All of the above will be applicable at a future date established for current store owners. Until that date, these terms are a preview of what is coming — not yet in effect.

The core idea is simple: the more you sell, the cheaper your cost from BERRVEDDA becomes. As you grow — from reseller, to bulk buyer, to your own branded store — your pricing tier improves with you. Ownership of BERRVEDDA itself stays 100% with its creator at every stage.
