Formula
House value ÷ years it stands ÷ 12 months + 30% = monthly rent. Plus management fees ($3,000 ÷ 12). Plus house cleaning (10% of rent). Plus lawn care (0.01% of house value).
Example
$400K new house stands strong for 200 years: $400,000 ÷ 200 = $2,000/year ÷ 12 = $166.67/month + 30% = $216.67 rent. $150K house stands for 50 years: $150,000 ÷ 50 = $3,000/year ÷ 12 = $250/month + 30% = $325 rent.
